Can I choose the style of calligraphy?
Yes, there are a number of fonts that you can choose from to suit the style of your wedding or event, and many different colour options too! Just click here.
How long will it take?
When your order is placed, we block out the time needed for your order in our calendar and we request that you send your paper goods/envelopes etc. to us by that date, ready for them to be completed. We allocate ten days for each address calligraphy order to be completed, and then we send our UK deliveries using Royal Mail, next day delivery.
I don't have a lot of time, can I have my order done faster?
Yes, we offer a rush service for envelope calligraphy at an additional charge of £40.00. Please send us an email as quickly as you can and we can see if we can fit you in.
How do I provide my guest addresses for envelope calligraphy?
We ask that you have all your guest names and addresses filled out in our excel template available to download below. Please make sure that the information that you put in this document is correct as we will write exactly what is shown. Don't worry, once you have contacted us we will go over exactly what we need you to do.

What if I am working with another invitation designer, but I'd like you to do some address calligraphy to match?
No problem! We would love to work with you and your invitation designer.
Do I supply the envelopes/place cards?
All our prices (Price List) are for calligraphy only. We ask that you send your envelopes/place cards etc. to us to complete your order and send them back to you. We ask for at least 15% extra envelopes/place cards to be sent to us, this is to allow for any mistakes with the ink. However if you would like us to source envelopes or other paper goods for you then we can do this at an extra cost, just let us know what you need.
How do I get my envelopes to you?
We are based in Dundee, Scotland. We will provide you with our mailing address and all the other information you may need when you make a booking.
What is the proper etiquette for writing guest addresses for wedding invitations?

How do I pay for my order?
Once we have taken note of everything that you would like us to do for you, we will send you a link to your custom order. This link will have all the details of your order for you to check. Once your full payment is received, your order will then be slotted into our calendar. Our shop is through the website Etsy, and so all payments are taken securely through this. You are able to pay using debit or credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or you can even complete your order with an Etsy gift card. Etsy keeps your payment information secure and we never receive your credit card information.
How soon before my wedding should I book my calligrapher?
If you have decided to have your calligraphy done by us, please let us know as soon as possible and we will then book in your order. Our time fills up very quickly so be sure to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Can I have calligraphy done for my table plan and order signs at my wedding?
Yes! If you already have something that you would like us to complete your table plan or sign on, then we would be happy to do this for you. If not, then we will be releasing a number of options in our shop very soon.
How do I return my order?
We are unable to process returns for calligraphy orders, however if we have made a mistake then please let us know and we will gladly send out a replacement at no cost to you.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes we do, however, this does incur an extra charge for delivery and your order will also take longer to arrive. Please contact us to let us know where you live and we can give you an estimate of time and cost.
